Ora, eu fico que é precisamente prova do contrário:
1) então o estado ainda não conseguiu implementar o voto por correspondência de forma funcional, e achamos que vai conseguir implementar um sistema de votação que tem um grau de complexidade de uma ofdem altamente superior?
2) os eleitores não percebem como funciona o sistema de voto por correspondência, e vão entender o desenho de um sistema de voto eletrónico?

The public garden was throwing flowers away - a bag full of them was brought over my garden and replanted. At least one of the plants enjoyed its new home, and this is a picture of it, a bright orange flower shining under the sun.

an edit of xkcd 2501 saying "Computer is second nature to us linux users so its easy to forget that the average person probably only knows how to flash and OS and one or two terminal commands." another replies "and github of course" to which the original agrees "of course." there is a caption at the bottom that says "even when theyre trying to compensate for it, experts in anything wildly overestimate the average persons familiarity with their field."
