The thing that always gets me though is the "excuse" and the "few spoil it for the many". I don't actually agree with you that many many many many many would give the thing they themselves worked hard to save up money for to purchase away to any random tom dick and/or harry. Why would I?

@prologic I think @thecanine just validated my point when he wrote 'which I can prove, even by pointing out that this very book can already be downloaded in PDF from quite a lot do โbook archival sitesโ'.
What Iโm saying is just that the only way to protect any book, is by never putting it online at all and making it some size, that makes it hard to scan. If you ever make an e-book out of it, DRM or not, it will be circulating online in no time, making the DRM pretty much pointless.
@thecanine I understand, but I do not go online looking for pirated books (nor software), and I doubt @prologic would doubting whether or not this that you described happened. Your twt re-affirmed my previous reply.
