Pinellas County - 90': 5.01 miles, 00:09:04 average pace, 00:45:25 duration tired, fatigued, stressed (work), and weird knee pains were enough to end this early. the humidity probably did not help. #running

@movq Fortunately, I was spared this fate. :-D I vaguely remember flash videos. Thank goodness they have passed away. I reckon I came across Igorrr's stuff in the past. All I can say, not my cup of tea. :-) Extremely wild, you're absolutely right.
@thecanine@prologic@eldersnake@mckinley This page is just a terrible joke. Great writeup, mckinley! Exactly my thoughts, but you forgot to mention that you see zero contents unless you scroll a full page down. Boy do I hate this. Luckily, I did not watch this stupid video.
Why does this generator add tons of *.ext rules when it also has a simple * to catch them all? I'm not a robot.txt expert, but that feels redundant. If I do not have an ai.txt, is their crawler consulting my robots.txt? I could not find an answer to that – in my opinion – obvious question. I don't want any bots on my site.

@darren I could not agree more! We lowly humans of society, have our asses thrown in jail for illegally copying/stealing/sharing copyrighted material of all kinds, but OpenAI l, Microsoft, Google and other companies are allowed to pillage/steal as much copyrighted works as they want to train their models on and reproduce new derivative works on and even sell and profit from it, without even so much as a fucking consequence 🤦♂️

I am so literally fucking sick of this AI / OpenAI / CoPilot shit™. I took a very strong moral and ethical stance many years ago, Why I no longer trust Github for the exact same reasons Actors and Musicians are now suring AI companies. Why is this shit™ so fucking hard? Pay the content authors! Training on the hard work and contents of others is stealing.

[M [04;01;07]: 18 mile long run](https://staystrong.run/user/bmallred/activity/d003d81c-856f-450f-8dad-0cbb7eecefaf): 17.80 miles, 00:08:57 average pace, 02:39:13 duration practiced a marathon pacing strategy (simulated) of 5km/10mi/10mi/5km. went pretty well even though i was going faster than the described paces at each step. but overall i felt good. also scouted out the two overpasses i will have to climb during the marathon. definitely nothing compared to the overpasses i regularly run over. freezing outside! i think it started at 33F and ending around 45F? pretty lonely run though because the cold kept people inside except for the crazies. #running
