@mutefall hahaha! I imagined you with all the missing items as described. There is nothing like sipping a good tea, at the right time, in the right place. The sencha experience was very peculiar for me, as the tea is slightly bitter, but seconds, or minutes, after drinking it it feels sweet down the throat. I truly like it.
At night, I prefer chamomile herbal hot infusion. If makes me sleep fairly well. Some call it tea, but that is wrong.
@thecanine that kool aid has been going on since forever. I just don't get it. If I don't like to use something—for whatever reason—I simply don't. The hate for Apple, whether is the company, or its products, is equivalent to Apple "fanboyism"; both extremes are equally stupid.
You can't compare Microsoft Windows, or Android, with macOS/iOS. The first two were not specifically designed to run on—and take full advantage of—a set hardware. It is proven they all have their niche. As with everything in life, there is always something for everyone. Some people love Microsoft Windows, and Android, and that's alright. Others like Apple hardware, the software that comes with it, **as is**. And others, like @prologic, tweak it to their liking (I do tweak my macOS too, but use the Apple "ecosystem" way more than @prologic). It's that simple.

@movq it surely looks like a k8s bug. One would expect residual iptables to be flushed once pods are destroyed. If they are not, that's a bug. Sadly, I don't know much about k8s. Have learning about it on my TODO list.

@prologic humans forget because it is a flaw, and we should not imitate a flaw. I disagree with this logic completely, and that’s the reason why I keep the cache size I keep on this pod: I want to see, browse, search, and find everything that is in it.

* It is not "Command:", but "Commands:". If "Command:", then remove "s" from the Yarn.social-specific one.
* The descriptions for all commands are not aligned.
* There are periods at the end of each description on the first half, but not on the second half.
* You use "twtxt file" and "twtfile"; settle on one. Same for "tweet" and "twt".
* The "and exit" on the two options sounds rather superfluous.

@screem well, a MacBook Air **already** has a foldable screen, like any other laptop does. If you meant foldable in a way that it becomes a tablet, then no, no yet. :-)
@carsten that could work, yes. I don't like a machine with foldable screen and keyboard too thin, so if it comes to that I would probably get a MBP, not an Air. Tablet thins (like iPad)? No problem. Laptops? Thin, but not too thin. The Air is too thin for my liking.
@carsten it might take a while, but I see no reason for it not to be made. If the next iMac refresh doesn't bring it, then I will probably buy a 24" with the next M1Max, or whatever comes next.

@mckinley it is a SoC that has been specifically designed to work on Apple hardware, and with Apple software. It is what it is. For everything else there is Intel, AMD, and other ARM chips. Or your Panasonic Toughbook CF-19. 😂
I am waiting for the iMac 27". If that is not to come out anytime soon, I will then settle for the iMac with the M1Ultra, when it comes. They will have my money for that. I will also get the iPhone 14, but that's a story for another day.

@prologic, what are the visible subtleties for users? To see timeline, discovery, and mention changes now one must manually reload pages. Are these features changing this? How does this affects --fetch-interval ?

Using all my volume, I believe @prologic tried to catch "singing" frogs, or something similar. Either way, that's my story and I am sticking to it. :-)
@caesar I would say yes. By replying to a twt your Yarn followers will see the original twt in context (which might, or might not, be the one you are replying). But simply speaking, the “retweet” or “boost” features do not exist.

@prologic is there an endpoint to see all muted twts and unmute? I saw the screenshot on the commit, but if I go to /muted or /unmute, it renders a 404. I know the UX for it is still missing, but I wondered if there was a place, albeit rough, where I could see what was muted and undo.

It seems not many civilian airports, but plenty of military ones. I found the information here, seems credible.
@prologic they would be very expensive to operate, for starters. I believe, haven’t research it, that only few airports can handle an airplane of this type.

@prologic the rain is not the problem, it is the geometry of the area. In here it rains for weeks at a time, torrentially, and it never floods. In other places someone spits and it floods. 😂
I also see you edited the original twt after I had already replied. So now you have a disconnected, seemingly duplicated twt, hanging around.

@off_grid_living they look very good! I wouldn’t worry about mice, but roaches will squeeze in through really super tiny gaps like you wouldn’t believe. For roaches the only solution is to keep things clean, and to use perimeter bug killing/repellents.
